Our highly trained instructors will provide a safe and supportive environment to explore physical abilities and develop confidence. Through fun and engaging tag games and obstacle courses, learn how to navigate various terrains and obstacles with ease and agility.
Our focus is on having fun while developing physical skills, and we encourage everyone to participate at their own pace. We believe that parkour is an excellent way to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance, while also learning valuable creative problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Movement Gym is conveniently located downtown between the splash pad and 3rd Ave. Pier at 103 S. 3rd Ave., Sandpoint, ID 83864.
Camp Dates
Camps run 9:30am-2:30pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays over 9 sessions:
- Session #1: June 12, June 14, June 16 | ages 6-10
- Session #2: June 19, June 21, June 23 | ages 11-18
- Session #3: June 26, June 28, June 30 | ages 6-10
- Session #4: July 17, July 19, July 21 | ages 11-18
- Session #5: July 24, July 26, July 28 | ages 6-10
- Session #6: July 31, August 2, August 4 | ages 11-18
- Session #7: August 7, August 9, August 11 | ages 6-10
- Session #8: August 14, August 16, August 18 | ages 11-18
- Session #9: August 21, August 23, August 25 | ages 6-10
Sample Daily Schedule
- 9:30 am | Arrivals, warm-up
- 10:00 am | Parkour skills
- 10:30 am | Parkour skills continued
- 11:00 am | Speed & strength conditioning
- 11:30 am | Chase practice, tag games
- 12:00 pm | Brown bag lunch and learn (bring a sack lunch)
- 12:30 pm | Joint care strength, mobility
- 1:00 pm | Parkour skills
- 1:30 pm | Obstacle course
- 2:00 pm | Cool down and clean up
- 2:30 pm | Close

Completed and signed waiver required for all participants before warm-up on day one of camp.

We feel so excited to offer parkour to Sandpoint youth! We have a great program planned for this summer and look forward to seeing the friendships that will develop over the course of the week. To get the most out of the Parkour Camp, we hope your kids will join us at Movement Gym week over week, all summer long!
